World of Warcraft Mists of Pandaria Classic: Joyous (21st April 2026)
Blizzard has activated the Joyous Journeys experience buff in Mists of Pandaria Classic, giving players a 50% XP boost up to level 90 until the next content update.
A 50% experience boost just went live in Mists of Pandaria Classic. Joyous Journeys is now active as of today, April 21, stacking on every kill and quest turn-in up to level 90 until the next MoP Classic content update drops.
If you've got an alt gathering dust or you've been putting off convincing a friend to level through Pandaria with you, this is the window. The buff is on by default, so you don't need to do anything to claim it. If you'd rather play without it, any innkeeper in the capital cities or Dalaran can toggle it off. It won't appear in modern WoW (currently in its Midnight era), Burning Crusade Classic Anniversary Edition, or Classic Era.
I've always thought Pandaria is one of WoW's most underappreciated expansions, and a 50% XP buff is a good reason to revisit it before the next content phase changes the pace. Full patch notes below.

Stalwart champions in World of Warcraft: Mists of Pandaria Classic, take advantage of the Joyous Journeys experience buff to enhance your odyssey through Azeroth, increasing experience gains by 50% up to level 90!
Duration: April 21 until the next content update for Mists of Pandaria Classic arrives.
The mystical lands of Pandaria are swirling with danger and need your help. Create a new character, finish leveling a forgotten one, or invite friends to join you in legendary Pandaria.
The Joyous Journeys buff is active by default; however, you can visit any innkeeper in the capital cities and Dalaran to turn it on or off. The Joyous Journeys buff is not available in modern World of Warcraft® (currently Midnight), World of Warcraft®: Burning Crusade Classic Anniversary Edition, or World of Warcraft® Classic Era.
See you in Pandaria!
