Rainbow Six Siege Y11S2 Patch Notes Addendum (2nd June 2026)
Ubisoft has pushed a Y11S2 addendum fixing audio bugs, blinding victory dances, and a handful of gameplay issues that slipped through the Test Server.

A few things clearly made it past the Test Server in one piece that probably shouldn't have. Ubisoft's Y11S2 Patch Notes Addendum, published today, addresses a wave of bugs carried over into Operation System Override's live build.
The most disruptive fixes are in audio and controls. Destroying any surface was producing no sound at all, which in a game where wall destruction is core to how you read a round, is a significant problem. Holding both lean buttons on HOLD mode was causing audio distortion, and players were getting anti-spam warnings triggered by their own AI teammates pinging. On the input side, keyboard walk was locking movement entirely if Controller Deadzone sat at 45 or above. None of these are cosmetic edge cases. The lighting fixes are less critical but still overdue; Twitch's Shock Drone laser, Solis' operator menu visor, and multiple victory dance bundles were all producing bloom bright enough to be distracting.
There's also a fix for OSP Pouches being pickable by any attacker rather than just Solid Snake, which was presumably not the intended crossover experience. Here's the full breakdown.
