No Man's Sky The Swarm - 6.43 Patch Notes (1st June 2026)
Hello Games has dropped patch 6.43 for No Man's Sky, targeting a batch of Swarm expedition bugs alongside crash fixes for PS5 and Switch.

Patch 6.43 is live on Steam today, with Hello Games continuing to iron out issues in The Swarm update at a solid pace. Other platforms will follow as soon as the builds are ready.
The two fixes most players will notice: the Emperor of Glass milestone fight has had its balance adjusted (it was clearly overtuned for some configurations), and corrupted ichor can now actually be extracted from swarmer debris at crash sites. That second one matters more than it sounds, ichor is a core resource in the expedition loop, so blocking players from recovering it from crash sites was quietly bricking progression for anyone who found themselves short. There are also offline-specific fixes in here, covering colour display errors and Prismatic Core interaction failures that hit players who started the Swarm expedition without a connection.
On the stability side, a Galaxy Map crash that triggered from repeatedly opening and closing it has been resolved, along with a rare PS5 model-streaming crash and a minor physics optimisation on Switch 1. Hello Games has been pushing fixes at a reliable clip since The Swarm launched, and this patch continues that trend. Here's everything that changed.
