Patch 6.45 is now live on Steam, with Hello Games tackling a handful of issues that have cropped up since The Swarm launched. The studio's been paying attention to player reports, and this update addresses some of the more frustrating bugs players have encountered.

The standout fix here is the base editing crash that was eating resources when players tried to modify bases they didn't own, that's the kind of problem that can tank your inventory and wreck your day. Hello Games also squashed issues with the Hive of Glass milestone, which was blocking progression for some players. Ship trail flickering, PSVR2 cloud rendering, and a Switch photo mode hang round out the list.

It's a solid cleanup patch, not groundbreaking but necessary. The studio's committed to pushing more fixes as issues surface, so if you hit something broken, the bug report system is your friend.
