Jupiter Hell has received a game-changing update that makes it one of the best games to play on the Steam Deck. This Roguelike, turn-based shooter not only stands out for its unique gameplay but also now boasts a native Linux build.

The recent update, named Abattoir, addresses a pesky bug that was causing the game to crash when attempting to save and exit. With this bug now fixed, players can fully immerse themselves in the game without any interruptions.

The Abattoir update also introduces a plethora of new content, including a new location branch at Dante, a new boss to challenge, a special level, various new variants, and visual enhancements that elevate the overall gaming experience.

Furthermore, the update brings several other improvements to Jupiter Hell. Scouts now start with three weapon slots, a new trial called The Gauntlet has been added, 21 new medals are available to earn, more variety with new exalted keywords, and even a Japanese translation for broader accessibility.

For a detailed look at all the changes and additions in the Abattoir update, you can refer to the Steam Community Post.
