Star Wars The Old Republic Game Update 7.9a Notes (8th June 2026)
A small but focused patch addresses cinematic glitches, PvP cosmetics, and Operation progression issues.

Game Update 7.9a rolled out today with a tight focus on fixing some annoying bugs rather than adding new content. The update tackles three areas that have been frustrating players: cinematics that were dropping skybox elements mid-scene, a UI issue on Dromund Kaas using placeholder assets instead of proper maps, and most importantly, an Operation progression blocker in the Godkin Command Center.
The PvP Season 10 Knightly Flairs are now Bind on Legacy, which means you can finally move those cosmetics between your alts instead of being stuck with them on a single character. There's also a fix for the Tundra Enforcer Greaves that were clipping through certain boots, hiding your character's feet entirely, a small visual issue but the kind that catches your eye every time you equip them.
This isn't a massive overhaul, but these are the kinds of fixes that stop small annoyances from becoming deal-breakers. Check the full notes below for the complete breakdown.
