Overwatch Patch Notes (23rd June 2026)
A quick hotfix lands today to fine-tune the new Hybrid map, while Season 3's biggest additions settle in.

Today's hotfix is all about Neon Junction, the brand-new Hybrid map that shipped with Season 3 just over a week ago. Blizzard's made three adjustments to payload pacing: slightly lowered the speed itself, increased the unlock time after point capture, and added more wait time at the end of area 2. These are small tweaks, but they matter, payload maps live or die by their timing, and a few extra seconds can completely change whether a team has time to set up or whether attackers steamroll through.
This comes after the June 18 bug fix patch that cleaned up a pile of ability interactions, from Shion's Joyride leaving collision behind to Kiriko's Ofuda range being completely wrong out of the gate. Those fixes were necessary; Shion especially needed her kit working properly since she just arrived as the season's headline Damage hero.
If you've been grinding the Anima Strike event or testing the new Community Crafted arcade mode, these payload changes are worth a run-through to see how the map feels now. Check the full patch notes for all the details.
