Overwatch 2 (Legacy) Patch Notes (22nd May 2026)
A small but targeted hotfix lands for Overwatch 2 Legacy, rebalancing several Jetpack Cat Stadium powers and squashing some lingering bugs.
Blizzard dropped a hotfix for Overwatch 2 Legacy on May 21, and it's a focused one. The official patch notes confirm this is a targeted Stadium pass for Jetpack Cat, with replay codes from the May 12th patch remaining valid.
The headline changes are all around Jetpack Cat's power kit. Bouncing Biscuits gets a bump to 35% bounce healing, Ambidexfurous pushes bonus shot damage up to 30%, and Bell Bomb's explosion damage jumps from 100 to 120. On the other side, Tow-Beans gets pulled back, dropping from 10 to 7.5 damage per 1% fuel. That last one matters: Tow-Beans was quietly doing a lot of work in Stadium, and trimming its damage output should stop it from carrying whole rounds on its own.
Two bug fixes round things out, including one where Bell Bomb would stay active after unequipping the power entirely, and a Juno Glide Boost interaction that was permanently resetting her cooldown to zero. Both were clearly unintended and needed addressing. Nothing earth-shattering here, but clean maintenance patching is always better than letting broken interactions fester. Here's the full breakdown.
