Overwatch 2 (Legacy) Patch Notes (14th May 2026)
A bug-fix hotfix lands for Overwatch 2 Legacy, re-enabling several Stadium abilities that were pulled after the May 12 patch broke them.
Three Stadium abilities got yanked from the game after the May 12 anniversary patch shipped with some nasty bugs, and today's hotfix brings them back. Freja's Lille Fælde, Juno's Blink Boosts, and the Backstabber power have all been re-enabled after fixes for unintended damage, runaway On Ability triggers, and extra bleed procs on crits respectively. If you play Stadium regularly, those were noticeable absences.
Beyond the re-enables, Jetpack Cat gets a 7.14% bump to currency earned from healing and damage, and a visual effects issue with Ana's Mythic 'Ra' Nano Boost has been corrected. Small stuff, but the kind of polish that matters when you're celebrating a tenth anniversary and want the game looking its best.
This is a targeted cleanup rather than a balance swing, and it does the job cleanly. Blizzard notes that all replay codes from the May 12 patch remain valid. The full patch notes are below. Here's everything that changed.
