Crusader Kings III 1.19.0.6 Patch Notes (25th May 2026)

A small but pointed patch for Crusader Kings III, fixing broken scheme invitations and disasters that weren't killing enough people.

Two fixes, no fluff. Paradox dropped 1.19.0.6 for Crusader Kings III today, and it's a targeted community-reported patch rather than anything sweeping.

The more impactful of the two is the epidemic and natural disaster fix. If your realm felt suspiciously resilient to plagues lately, that wasn't good fortune, it was a bug. Lethality was running below intended values, which in a game built around dynastic chaos and crisis management is a meaningful correction. Expect your court to start dying at the rate Paradox actually planned. The second fix restores the ability to manually invite agents to schemes, which was broken entirely. Schemes are central to how intrigue plays out in CK3, so losing manual agent control wasn't a minor annoyance; it was cutting off a core gameplay loop.

Small patch, but both fixes address real problems that were actively interfering with how the game is supposed to feel. Everything in the update is listed below.
