Brighter Shores Blacksmith Talismans Patch Notes (26th May 2026)

Brighter Shores gets a small but targeted patch today, fixing some annoying bounty bugs and tidying up rubblebug behaviour.

A small patch landed for Brighter Shores today, and while it won't rewrite how you play, it does fix a couple of bugs that were quietly undermining the bounty system in ways that would have driven dedicated grinders up the wall.

The most notable fix addresses deathstone bounties failing to track progress when you actually mined deathstone, which is the sort of bug that makes you question your sanity before you realise the game is just broken. Blaze mining bounties also get a correction: previously, the action boost suppression was applying to all locations of a matching ore or stone rather than just the blaze mining spot itself. That's a meaningful distinction if you were trying to work around it. On the quality of life side, rubblebugs will now clear your existing action queue when you select 'Catch', which removes a small but persistent friction point. The update also stops the game from offering duraben blaze mining bounties before you've actually unlocked duraben, which I'd argue should have been caught before launch.

Not a headline patch, but the bounty fixes in particular are exactly the kind of targeted corrections that keep a game feeling fair. The full 26th May 2026 Blacksmith Talismans update is listed below.
