If you're a fan of free games, mark your calendars for April 11-18 because Epic Games Store will be offering Ghostrunner for free during that time frame. Developed by 505 Games, this title promises a unique single-player experience filled with fast-paced, violent combat in a post-apocalyptic science fiction setting.

Ghostrunner replaces the current free offerings, The Outer Worlds: Spacer's Choice Edition and Thief, which are available to claim until April 11. If you haven't grabbed them yet, head over to the Epic Games Store to add them to your library.

Recently, Epic Games held its annual State of Unreal keynote at GDC, where they unveiled Marvel 1943: Rise of Hydra. The company also shared their plans to expand the Epic Games Store to mobile platforms later this year, making it the first game-focused, multi-platform store available on Android, iOS, PC, and macOS.

In addition, Epic Games Store aims to offer fair terms to mobile developers, with an 88/12 revenue share model and programs like Epic First Run and Now On Epic to help developers retain 100% of revenue from in-app purchases using their own payment systems.

Microsoft's head of gaming, Phil Spencer, has expressed interest in bringing other digital storefronts, like the Epic Games Store, to Xbox consoles in the future. This move could potentially open up more opportunities for gamers and developers alike.
