Additionally, another Witcher game titled Sirius, developed by The Molasses Flood, is in the early pre-production phase. Meanwhile, the highly-anticipated Witcher remake, Canis Majoris, helmed by Fool's Theory, is still in the conceptual stage and aims to leverage Unreal Engine 5 for a complete overhaul.

Project Orion

The team in Boston handling this project is on the lookout for top-tier developers with AAA backgrounds to olster their ranks.

Furthermore, a new IP known as Hadar is slowly taking shape, with a dedicated team diligently laying its groundwork. With a total of 627 developers on board, CD Projekt is strategically expanding its talent pool to support these ambitious ventures.

CD Projekt is also exploring new avenues by considering licensing its IPs to third-party partners for mobile game development. While discussions with potential partners are underway, no concrete announcements have been made yet.

An interesting development is CD Projekt's interest in leveraging generative AI in game development to optimize workflows and enhance developer capabilities without significantly expanding team sizes. This strategic move aligns with the company's vision of innovation and efficiency while maintaining a manageable team structure.
