Exciting news for Star Wars: Galaxy of Heroes fans - the popular mobile game is set to make its way to PC later this year. Originally released by EA in November 2015, the game has garnered a dedicated following over the years.

While players have found ways to enjoy the game on PC through Android emulation, EA is now working on an official PC port for an enhanced experience. According to Game Informer, the PC version will boast higher resolutions, antialiasing support, and a doubled framerate of 60fps.

Unlike the mobile version which relies on touchscreen controls, the PC port of Galaxy of Heroes will allow players to use keyboard and mouse, complete with keybind support. Although there is no controller support announced yet, the game aims to offer a seamless transition for players between mobile and PC platforms.

Players will also be able to carry over their progress from the mobile version by linking their accounts, ensuring a smooth gameplay experience across devices. EA has confirmed that future updates for Galaxy of Heroes will be synchronised between the mobile and PC versions, with updates rolling out simultaneously.

If you're eager to get your hands on the PC version, beta access will be available to existing mobile players in May, followed by a wider release to all players. Registration for the closed beta is currently open on the Galaxy of Heroes website.
