Windrose Patch Notes, 0.10.0.7 (25th June 2026)

Windrose gets Linux dedicated server support and Traditional Chinese in today's patch, plus a fix for cannonball damage.

Patch 0.10.0.7 dropped today with a trio of improvements that should matter to different corners of Windrose's playerbase. Linux server support is now live, if you've been waiting to run dedicated servers on Linux, the setup instructions are in DedicatedServer.md. Traditional Chinese language support is also in, which opens the game to a much larger audience in Asia.

The gameplay fix here is smaller but meaningful: sails can once again take damage from cannonball hits. If you've been wondering why your rigging wasn't getting shredded in combat, that's been corrected. The studio is also doing backend maintenance today, so expect temporary downtime while they handle that work.
