Warhammer 40,000: Rogue Trader Hotfix 1.6.0.482 Notes (18th June 2026)

The latest hotfix tackles dialogue breaks, cutscene crashes, and the annoying familiar disappearance bug that's been plaguing players.

Hotfix 1.6.0.482 is live for Rogue Trader, and it's tackling some of the bugs that have been annoying players over the last few days. The big one here is the familiar disappearance issue, if your companion just vanished mid-campaign, you can now get them back by heading to the bridge. That's a proper quality-of-life fix that saves you from reloading an old save.

There's also a fix for the broken Self-Knowledge dialogue with Eogunn that was locking some players out of that quest entirely, plus a cutscene crash at the end of Kiava Gamma that was stopping progression. Co-op players should see fewer desyncs on elevator-heavy locations, and those intrusive party member icons that kept popping up during cutscenes are gone.

Full Patch Notes

A new hotfix 1.6.0.482 is live! A few more issues were fixed:

- Fixed the broken Self-Knowledge dialogue with Eogunn. Players who already experienced this issue will receive Eogunn back into their party.

- Fixed a broken cutscene at the end of Kiava Gamma with the Daemon Engine;

- Fixed multiple cases with familiars disappearing. If you already lost your familiar, simply come to the bridge to get it back.

- Removed party members icons from the middle of the screen during cutscenes;

- Fixed multiple co-op desyncs on locations with elevators;
