War Thunder 2.57.0.30 Patch Notes (1st July 2026)
Today's update nerfs guided munitions across the board and extends the Nuclear Escalation event with better rewards.

Update 2.57.0.30 went live today with a focus on rebalancing guided weapons and extending one of the month's biggest events. If you've been spamming guided bombs and anti-radiation missiles, this patch makes that playstyle more expensive, spawn point costs are up across the board, with TV-guided weapons climbing 8-9% and anti-radiation missiles with wide-band seekers jumping 10%. The goal here is clear: force players to be more selective rather than just spamming lock-ons from spawn.
Nuclear Escalation, the event that's been running all month, sticks around until July 6th with a significant reward bump. All Silver Lion payouts have jumped 40%, and ground vehicle destruction rewards got another 40% on top of that, which means grinding this mode just became noticeably less painful. On the flip side, the BUK-M3 air defense system got its reload time increased from 20 to 30 seconds, and SAMP/T site compositions have been reshuffled to spread out targets more effectively.
Aircraft changes lean toward balance adjustments: F/A-18 variants (except Swiss models) took a structural limit nerf from 12G to 11.25G, and the IA.58A Pucara got a spawn speed bump. Check the full notes for the complete list of fixes and tweaks.
