Vermintide 2 Hotfix 6.11.2 - 2nd of June Patch Notes (2nd June 2026)
Fatshark's latest Vermintide 2 hotfix overhauls how the Huntsman's Longbow zoom works and cleans up a string of bugs left over from the 6.11.0 weapon balance patch.

The biggest change in Hotfix 6.11.2 is a rework to how the Huntsman's Longbow zoom functions. Previously it auto-zoomed, which frustrated players who wanted more control over their shots. Now zoom is tied to the Weapon Special button while aiming, available regardless of whether your Career Skill is active. It's a small change on paper, but it gives Huntsman players proper agency over one of their core mechanics.
Fatshark also reverted several unintended changes that crept in with the 6.11.0 weapon balance update, including nerfs to Axe & Falchion H1/H2, Sienna Dagger H2, and Hagbane Charged Shot direct hit stagger. The Sienna Mace gets two meaningful fixes too: L1/L2 attacks now correctly trigger the Soul Harvest talent, and the burn VFX will display the right color when playing Necromancer. The Axe & Shield H3 fix restoring "On Charged Hit" talent procs is also one players on the subreddit had flagged pretty quickly after 6.11.0 landed.
One known issue remains: a crash occurs when friends join a session before entering the Keep. Fatshark says another hotfix is incoming, and the workaround for now is to join from the Keep directly.
Here's everything that changed.
