skate. 0.31.2 Patch Notes (15th June 2026)
0.31.2 tackles crashes tied to the Pause menu, Skatepedia, and tattoo customization, while moving cars take a 24-hour break.

0.31.2 went live today, and it's primarily a stability sweep. The big one: moving cars in San Van were crashing the game entirely, so they're being yanked for at least 24 hours while the team monitors the fix. Not ideal if you were enjoying traffic chaos, but a crash is worse than no cars.
Beyond that, this patch hammers out a bunch of annoying bugs. The Pause menu was causing crashes when you opened it near Grabster interactions, tattoo customization could tank the game, and there was a weird issue where the UI looked desaturated or had visual artifacts. Party joining is also fixed, players were getting dumped into random groups instead of their friends' parties, which is kills session flow.
There's also a hardware check now: if you're trying to run skate. On a PC with fewer than four cores, you'll get a message explaining why it won't boot instead of just crashing. That's a small quality-of-life win for anyone with older hardware. Check the full notes for the complete list of fixes.
