skate. 0.30.7 Patch Notes (4th May 2026)

A small but focused patch for skate. lands today, targeting audio distortion, trick inconsistencies, and stability.

A quiet one from the skate. team today. Update 0.30.7 is a small patch, but it addresses a couple of things that were annoying in practice.

The Late Flip fix is the one that matters most to players who actually care about trick consistency. If a trick isn't landing the way it should in a skateboarding game, that's not a minor inconvenience, it undermines the whole feel of the thing. The music distortion bug on Challenge transitions was another persistent irritant, and while it didn't break anything, having your audio crunch every time you entered or exited a Challenge was the sort of thing that wears you down over a long session. Neither fix is flashy, but both are the right call.

The vague "various stability issues" line is the usual catch-all, and I'd always prefer specifics, but with a patch this small it's hard to get too worked up about it. Full patch notes below.
