skate. 0.30.5 Patch Notes (13th April 2026)
Maintenance hits April 14 and brings a solid round of physics and trick fixes alongside some handy co-op and gesture improvements.
Falling through the map is one of those bugs that never stops being funny until it happens mid-run and costs you a perfect score. The 0.30.5 update addresses it directly: you'll now teleport to a safe location instead of disappearing into the void. Maintenance is scheduled for April 14 at 9:40 a.m. PDT across all platforms.
The trick physics fixes are the real meat here. Double grind glitches were accidentally made harder to pull off, Hippy Jumps were failing to land, and Late flip tricks on flat ground weren't applying the points modifier they should have been. If any of those were quietly ruining your sessions, this patch has you covered. The fix for rolling off a building edge causing an unintended wipeout is also a welcome one.
On the feature side, you can now move while performing several gestures including the Running Man Dance and Weightless Walk, and co-op gets a small but useful UI addition showing which party members are eligible to visit Isle of Grom. Nothing earth-shattering, but 0.30.5 reads like a patch that actually listened to player frustration reports. The complete notes are below.
