PEAK Beta Patch 0.65.d Notes (16th July 2026)
PEAK's 0.65.d beta patch squashes the item-clipping gremlins that've plagued wall interactions and overhauls Helping Hand stability.

PEAK's latest beta patch lands today with fixes to two of the survival game's most annoying friction points: items vanishing when pulled from your backpack near walls, and the Helping Hand ability failing to actually help.
The wall-clipping issue has been a recurring nightmare for players trying to manage inventory in tight spaces. Version 0.65.d makes it "super hard to do" now, according to the patch notes, though the developers' confidence suggests they've addressed the root cause rather than papering over symptoms. Equally welcome is the stamina drain fix. Bonking into a wall during a failed Helping Hand attempt will no longer tank your entire stamina pool, which should make the ability feel less punishing when it misfires.
The Kiln's luggage spawn issue also gets attention here, with maps regenerated to ensure most or all luggage actually appears. These aren't flashy additions, but they're the kind of stability work that makes survival mechanics feel less arbitrary. The full patch, including every Helping Hand reliability tweak, is below.
Full Patch Notes
▼ Nerf✓ Fix- Fixed EVEN MORE CASES where taking an item out while facing a wall (especially the backpack) would cause it to clip through the world and disappear. IT SHOULD NOW BE SUPER HARD TO DO
- Bonking into the wall during a failed Helping Hand will no longer rapidly drain all your stamina
- Significantly reduced the number of cases where Helping Hand would fail to be helpful
- Fixed an issue where most or all of the luggage would fail to spawn in the Kiln (maps have been regenerated)
