Path of Exile 3.28.0h Hotfix 1 Patch Notes (16th May 2026)
Path of Exile's first hotfix for 3.28.0h is live today, bringing a fresh round of fixes to the current league.

Grinding Gear Games has pushed 3.28.0h Hotfix 1 for Path of Exile today, a small but targeted patch aimed at ironing out issues that surfaced in the current build. Hotfixes at this stage of a league cycle tend to be narrow in scope, and this one looks to follow that pattern.
GGG has a solid track record of moving fast when something breaks mid-league, and I'll give them credit for that consistently. A hotfix landing within days of the last update is exactly the kind of responsive patching that keeps a live-service game feeling maintained rather than abandoned. Whether the specific fixes here address what the community has been loudest about is another matter, but the turnaround is fast.
