Mechabellum 1.10.0.3 Patch Notes (9th April 2026)
Void Eye gets cut down to size, Raiden picks up a brand new Energy Shield tech, and Spider Mine becomes a proper swarm-clearer in Mechabellum's latest balance pass.
Mechabellum patch 1.10.0.3 dropped on 9th April, and the headline change is a hard nerf to Void Eye's Charged Shot, with the ATK modifier dropping from +175% to +120%. If that unit has been dominating your lobbies lately, the developers clearly noticed too.
Beyond that, Raiden gets the most interesting addition: a new [Energy Shield] tech that absorbs damage equal to the unit's full HP and guarantees it survives at least one hit. That's a direct answer to nuke-heavy compositions, and honestly a smart way to give Raiden a survivability option without just inflating its base stats. The flip side is that [Assault Raiden]'s HP modifier gets slashed from +200% to +80% to compensate, so that variant loses a lot of its bulk. Sabertooth also takes a stat trim, trading some effectiveness against high-HP targets for slightly better performance against medium units.
On the cheaper end, [Culling Rounds] for Mustang and [Scanning Radar] for Farseer both get price cuts, which should bring a couple of underused techs back into consideration. Full patch notes below.

Balance Adjustments
This patch aims to nerf the currently overly popular Void Eye and buff some niche units and techs.
Void Eye
- \[Charged Shot] ATK modifier +175% → +120%
Sabertooth
- Attack Interval 3.4s → 3.2s
- ATK 7858 → 7243 (-8%)
- HP 15541 → 14886 (-4%)
Developer's Note: The adjusted Sabertooth will be a bit less effective against high-HP targets, while slightly more effective against medium-sized units.
Tarantula
- \[Spider Mine] Explosion Damage 4500 → 1000, Explosion Radius 9m → 12m, HP 750 → 500, Price 300 → 200
Developer's Note: The adjusted \[Spider Mine] will provide the Tarantula with another option to clear swarms.
Mustang
- \[Culling Rounds] Price 200 → 100
Farseer
- \[Scanning Radar] Price 300 → 200
Raiden
- New Tech \[Energy Shield]: Obtain an Energy Shield that absorbs damage equal to the unit's HP and can block at least one instance of damage.
Developer's Note: The newly added technology \[Energy Shield] will serve as a means for Raiden to enhance its survivability and counter nukes.
Unit Variant
- \[Assault Raiden] HP modifier +200% → +80%, Attack Range modifier -50 → -20
Developer's Note: After the addition of Raiden's new technology \[Energy Shield], the HP bonus of the original \[Assault Raiden] is likely too high.
