Marathon Update 1.1.0.1 landed today with a focus on economy adjustments and bug fixes rather than flashy new features. Bungie's slightly reduced the drop rates for Prestige Shields and Prestige Weapon Mods across all sources, which should ease some of the loot inflation that's been creeping into Season 2. More importantly, they've fixed several schema issues where items were granting incorrect Credit values on exfil, the kind of hidden economy leak that compounds over time.

On the combat side, there's a fix for the D54 Battle Pistol's Prestige mod that was letting players spam-click to extend the super burst beyond intended, and the Aftershock chip perk no longer expires prematurely after explosive damage. UI got a solid sweep too: Push-to-Talk now works properly in the prepare screen, FSR ghosting is gone, and a bunch of tooltip inconsistencies are cleaned up. Sentinel players will want to check the "Information Economy" challenge fix, and there's a welcome time extension on the "Riposte" challenge that was punishing.

This is the kind of patch that doesn't make headlines but keeps the game's systems honest. Check the full notes for the complete list of fixes.
