Forza Horizon 6 Patch Notes (10th August 2026)
The Mascot Party arrives on August 13 with new EventLab props and a four-week limited series. More pressing: the patch finally addresses the garage full bug that has locked players out of their collections.

This August 10 update splits into two halves: the cosmetic event content that lands August 13, and the bug fixes live now. The Horizon Mascot Party limited series running through September 10 brings 47 new EventLab props, a new time attack circuit, and a collectible heat challenge. For creative players, this is substantial. Nine variations each of mascot flags, billboards, and cutouts give builders real flexibility. The series also rewards an Edamame outfit and three car horns, including one called Fus-Roh-Dah, which suggests the team is having fun with audio design.
The car roster is split between free Festival Playlist rewards and paid Car Pass vehicles. The Playlist side is generous: ten cars across all seasons, ranging from the 1970 Honda N600 (a 80-point series reward) to the 1968 Dodge Dart HEMI Super Stock. That's a mix of classic and modern, though the emphasis skews Japanese and American. Car Pass holders get four additional vehicles, with the 1968 Alfa Romeo Autodelta Tipo 33/2 Daytona arriving first on August 13. These stagger weekly through early September, which is standard practice but means players won't see the full roster until September 3.
The real substance here is the bug fixes, particularly for a problem that has hampered progression. The patch addresses three separate garage issues: the Garage Full pop-up that appeared after receiving Car Pass vehicles, the inability to remove cars when full, and the Evolving World timer counting down to the wrong deadline. These aren't cosmetic. Players have reported being locked out of seasonal rewards because the garage refused to accept new cars or allow manual deletion. This patch removes that friction.
Accessibility improvements are equally concrete. The Screen Reader fixes address three distinct failures: the What's Next screen only reading mode descriptions instead of full text, Wheelspins not announcing prize names, and the reader becoming unavailable after the ANNA Tutorial. For players relying on screen reader support, these were blocking issues, not minor inconveniences.
Car-specific fixes include the 1972 Nissan Patrol and 2022 Lamborghini Huracán Tecnica causing dead stops on kerbs, a power-to-weight ratio calculation error, and visual problems ranging from missing wheel rims on the 1990 Subaru Legacy RS to raindrops appearing inside the cabin on five specific models. The 2017 Alfa Romeo Giulia Quadrifoglio also receives new stock exhaust audio. These are scattered fixes rather than a cohesive rebalance, which suggests the patch is clearing the backlog rather than addressing a systemic problem.
What's absent matters as much as what's present. The patch does not mention changes to seasonal progression difficulty, economy adjustments, or any multiplayer balance work. The Mascot Party is seasonal content, not a permanent feature, so players investing time in those props should know they're building for a four-week window. The garage fixes are overdue, but their arrival now means these issues persisted for weeks after players first reported them.
