EA Sports FC 26 1.6.4 Patch Notes (14th July 2026)
EA Sports FC 26 version 1.6.4 has landed with fixes for Ultimate Team's Stadium Items swap function and missing National Anthems in Career Mode.
Version 1.6.4 of EA Sports FC 26 is now live, bringing a handful of stability fixes and quality-of-life tweaks across Ultimate Team and Career Mode.
The standout fix here addresses a disconnect bug that could occur when using the Swap Duplicated Items function on Stadium Items in Ultimate Team. That's the sort of friction point that quietly ruins a session, so its removal should make inventory management smoother. On the Career Mode side, National Anthems are now playing correctly during the International Men's Tournament, restoring a detail that was missing from matches.
Navigational improvements round out the update: you'll now return to the New Releases screen after browsing the Store, SBC, or Objectives, rather than being dumped elsewhere. The patch also includes visual tweaks to crests, text, hair, headshots, tattoos and kits, plus a fix for RTX 3050 cards that were loading incorrect graphics recommendations by default. A stability issue affecting the broader game has also been resolved.

Ultimate Team
Made the following changes:
- You will now be brought back to the New Releases screen after viewing the Store, SBC or Objectives from New Releases.
Addressed the following issues:
- Using the Swap Duplicated Items function on Stadium Items could have resulted in a disconnect from Ultimate Team.
- Some overlays were not showing Player Item images.
Career Mode
Addressed the following issues:
- National Anthems were not being played in the International Men’s Tournament.
General, Audio, and Visual
Made the following changes:
- Updated some crests, text, hair, headshots, tattoos and kits.
Addressed the following issues:
- Addressed a stability issue that could have occurred.
- Some RTX 3050 cards were loading incorrect graphics recommendations by default.
