A no-downtime update is never a bad thing, and Delta Force's April 23rd patch is exactly that, a quiet but useful sweep of bugs across Warfare, console, and mobile. No server queues, no forced restarts unless your client is out of date.

The two fixes I'd call most relevant to regular players: console squads were occasionally being matched to the wrong map entirely, which is a pretty serious matchmaking failure, and the HUD was disappearing while downed in Warfare. Losing your UI at the exact moment you need to call for a revive is the sort of thing that ends rounds badly. Both are sorted here. There's also a crash fix bundle, which is always the most important line in any patch notes even when it's the least glamorous.

On the lighter side, the M82 Sniper Rifle gets some inspect animation polish, and Zero Dam has had a few unbalanced positions addressed, small stuff, but the kind of map tuning that competitive players notice over time. Here's everything that changed.
