Brighter Shores Patch Notes (2nd June 2026)

A small but tidy patch lands for Brighter Shores, clearing up quest bugs and fixing passive foes that had apparently taken root.

Yesterday's Brighter Shores patch is a clean-up job rather than a content drop, but several of the fixes are ones players will actually notice.

The Rags to Riches quest gets the most attention, with multiple bug fixes landing after the quest launched just the day before. That's a fast turnaround and good to see. Rom Harrington's trade system also gets two targeted corrections: planks and staves weren't tradeable at all, and the downgrade trade for eggs and mixed vegetables wasn't calculating correctly. Small issues on paper, but if you've been trying to progress through those exchanges, they were a hard stop. On the quality of life side, infusing now shows the same footer interface that weapon crafting already had, which makes the two systems feel a lot more consistent.

The passive foes fix is the one I'd keep an eye on as you play. A broad set of enemies had stopped wandering, which affects how encounters flow and how the world feels when you're moving through it. If areas felt oddly static lately, this should sort that out.
