Brawlhalla New Legend: Aurus, Battle Pass Classic 8 (16th June 2026)
Aurus the Gladiator enters the Grand Tournament with Chakram and Spear, while Battle Pass Classic Season 8 returns to Terminus with 85 tiers of rewards.

Aurus the Gladiator is live as of June 17, bringing Chakram and Spear to Brawlhalla's roster with balanced stats across Strength, Dexterity, and Defense. This patch also resurrects Battle Pass Classic Season 8, returning players to Terminus and THNX's Darkheart experiments with 85 tiers of rewards, including a new Cyber Myk Chakram skin and exclusive Deluxe Pass items.
The ranked ladder resets on June 24, introducing Crystalforged Colors purchasable with Glory, a fresh cosmetic tier between the free and paid options. Meanwhile, the Heatwave event kicks off July 8 with earnable skins like Scuba Raptor and a mega bundle featuring every past Heatwave skin.
Balance changes hit multiple weapons this patch. Bow's recovery times increased for safer risk-reward, Hammer's Side Light got tighter threat coverage and lower damage, and Chakram's Split variant received tweaks to both recovery and force values. Super Stance adjustments spread across eight legends aim to make stat-pulling choices less one-dimensional. Check the full notes below for the complete weapon and gameplay adjustments.

He also wields Chakram like a shield to throw at opponents & charge them down. Plus, return to Terminus and Loki's shady experiments with Battle Pass Classic Season 8. Featuring a new Chakram Weapon Skin and exclusive Emote, Sidekick, and Title in the Deluxe Battle Pass.
On top of that stuff, the Ranked ladder resets on June 24! Use your hard-earned Glory to purchase the new Crystalforged Colors. Purchasable with Glory once the Goldforged color has been unlocked for that Legend. And, starting July 8, cool off from the summer heat with the new Scuba Raptor Skin and other earnable Heatwave rewards! Plus a new Emote, Podium, and a mega bundle featuring every past Heatwave Skin.
We've also made some bug fixes, gameplay adjustments, and balance changes.

- Added a quality of life improvement where Trail Effects will be replaced with the default one during matches with 8 players (including bot matches) for visual clarity.

Gameplay
- Fixed a major bug where you wouldn't go invisible during Ghost Brawl.
- Fixed a bug that disabled the ability to slide charge while using the Back to Back and Bow to Your Sensei emotes.
UX
- Fixed a bug that caused a delay in seeing a Companion in your inventory when purchasing certain bundles that include Companions.
UI
- Fixed a visual bug where the “2v1 Me, I’ll Win” Title wasn’t in the correct bright teal Brawlhalla Fest color.
This patch brings more adjustments to individual Super Stances, reward improvements for attacks that carry greater risk due to long durations, and some wider avenues for maneuvering around or punishing some commonly used key attacks.
Super Stance Adjustments
We've adjusted the following Super Stances to provide a wider spread of more appealing options for Legends who had too many Super Stances that pulled points from their lowest stat. While each Legend will have at least one Super Stance that pulls from their lowest stat, the previous options for these stances led to less interesting choices for players.
Sentinel
- Sentinel Super Strength now takes 2 points from the Defense stat.
Lin Fei
- Lin Fei Super Defense now takes 2 points from the Dexterity stat.
Fait
- Fait Super Dexterity now takes 2 points from the Strength stat.
Thor
- Thor Super Speed now takes 2 points from the Strength stat.
Mako
- Mako Super Strength now takes 1 point from the Dexterity stat and 1 point from the Defense stat.
- Mako Super Speed now takes 2 points from the Strength stat.
Reno
- Reno Super Speed now takes 2 points from the Defense stat.
- Reno Super Defense now takes 2 points from the Dexterity stat.
- Reno Super Dexterity now takes 1 point from the Strength stat and 1 point from the Speed stat.
Ezio
- Ezio Super Speed now takes 2 points from the Dexterity stat.
Priya
- Priya Super Defense now takes 2 points from the Speed stat.
Attack Balance
Bow
We've increased the Recover time for Bow Neutral Light and Side Light for more appropriate risk for their overall range and utility.
- Bow Neutral Light: Increased total Recover time on miss from 8 Fixed/20 Variable to 10 Fixed/20 Variable.
- Bow Side Light: Increased total Recover time on miss from 9 Fixed/19 Variable to 11 Fixed/19 Variable.
Chakram
The Chakram Fused Side Light now has greater Force to better match its overall duration and risk. To improve the Chakram Split Side Light, we have slightly decreased its risk on miss and increased one of its potential rewards with greater Force for the Chakram Split Down Light.
- Chakram Fused Side Light: Increased Force during the forward travel from 70 Fixed/35 Variable to 70 Fixed/39 Variable.
- Chakram Split Side Light: Decreased total Recover time on miss from 10 Fixed/17 Variable to 9 Fixed/13 Variable.
- Chakram Split Down Light: Increased Force from 55 Fixed/38 Variable to 55 Fixed/42 Variable.
Hammer
The Hammer Side Light now has less threat coverage to allow for easier maneuvering around this versatile attack. We have also decreased the damage of the Hammer Side Light and Hammer Side Air to bring their rate of damage closer in line with other similar weapons.
- Hammer Side Light: Slightly decreased threat coverage at the edges of the attack; Decreased Damage from a range of 18~16 to 16.
- Hammer Side Air: Decreased Damage from a range of 20~18 to a range of 18~17.
Katars
We have decreased the threat coverage of the Katars Side Light to allow for easier maneuvering around this attack. The Katars Recovery now has less Force to bring its knockout potential closer in line with other similar string enders.
- Katars Side Light: Slightly decreased forward threat coverage at the end of the Hit Window.
- Katars Recovery: Decreased Force from 72 Fixed/50 Variable to 68 Fixed/48 Variable.
Orb
The Orb Side Air now has slightly greater Force to be closer in line with other similar combo enders.
- Orb Side Air: Increased Force from 50 Fixed/39 Variable to 53 Fixed/41 Variable.
Cassidy
Cassidy's Neutral Hammer now has greater Minimum Charge time to allow for easier maneuvering around this attack in the neutral game, and now has significantly less Force to bring its knockout potential closer in line with its overall utility. We have also decreased the Force of the uncharged version of Cassidy's Side Hammer to better fit its overall speed and threat coverage.
- Cassidy Neutral Hammer: Increased Minimum Charge time from 5 to 9; Decreased Force from 80 Fixed/55 Variable to 75 Fixed/51 Variable.
- Cassidy Side Hammer: Decreased Force of the uncharged version from 75 Fixed/51 Variable to 75 Fixed/49 Variable.
Ezio
Ezio's Side Sword now has greater Force to better fit its lengthy total duration and required precision. Ezio's Down Sword now has much greater damage to bring its overall reward closer in line with most other Signatures, even when used as a combo starter.
- Ezio Side Sword: Increased Force from 50 Fixed/52 Variable to 55 Fixed/54 Variable.
- Ezio Down Sword: Increased Damage from 16 to 21.
Loki
Loki's Neutral Scythe and Side Katars now have greater Force to better match their lengthy total durations. Loki's Down Katars now has greater damage to bring its reward closer in line with other similar Signatures.
- Loki Neutral Scythe: Increased Force of the upward Active Input version from 65 Fixed/53 Variable to 65 Fixed/55 Variable.
- Loki Side Katars: Increased Force from a range of 50 Fixed/45~42 Variable to a range of 53 Fixed/47~42 Variable.
- Loki Down Katars: Increased Damage from 22 to 25.
Red Raptor
We have increased the Force of Red Raptor's Side Battle Boots to better fit its lengthy total duration and overall risk.
- Red Raptor Side Battle Boots: Increased Force from 50 Fixed/50 Variable to 55 Fixed/53 Variable.
