ARC Raiders Patch Notes 1.29.0 (19th May 2026)

A new face has arrived in Speranza. Patch 1.29.0 introduces Ermal, a Nomadic Envoy trader who's apparently decided the underground is worth the risk, bringing deals the surface vendors can't match. Alongside him comes the Rascal, a new weapon, plus the Sandveil cosmetic set and a new sideburns facial hair option if you're going for that post-apocalyptic prospector look.

The more impactful changes are in the gameplay fixes. Photoelectric Cloak's power cost drops from 10 per second to 5, which effectively doubles how long you can stay cloaked before draining out. That's a meaningful buff for stealth-focused builds. The Queen and Matriarch AI has also been adjusted so they'll step over obstacles rather than through them, cutting down on the frustrating phantom knockback that's been sending players flying for no good reason. I'm glad that one got addressed; unfair knockback from boss encounters is the sort of thing that sticks in your memory for the wrong reasons.

Rounding things out, there's a post-report block option for players, weapon durability adjustments, and a fix for the teleportation bug triggered by standing on destroyed ARC parts. The Sheath cosmetic set is coming June 2nd. Everything in the update is listed below.
