Apex Legends: Latest Update Patch Notes (26th May 2026)
Storm Point is back in rotation and a requeue bug is squashed in today's small but tidy Apex Legends update.
A small one today. Respawn has pushed a minor update for Apex Legends that swaps out Kings Canyon in favour of Storm Point in the map rotation, which will please the players who've been grinding ranked and wanted a change of scenery.
The other fix is for a requeue bug where tier restrictions weren't being enforced properly. That's the sort of thing that quietly lets mismatched lobbies slip through, so it's good to see it addressed even if most players probably didn't notice it was broken in the first place. Respawn also flagged that anyone who was crashing on Storm Point specifically should update their GPU drivers before jumping back in.
No legend changes, no weapon tuning, no ranked adjustments. This is purely a stability and rotation patch. Here's everything that changed.
Full Patch Notes
FIXED:
-When using requeue functions, tier restrictions now work properly
-Storm Point has replaced Kings Canyon in map rotation
-Players who previously experienced crashes on Storm Point should ensure they have updated their GPU drivers
