Rocksteady Studios has made a notable gesture to the early access players of their latest game, Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League. The game's launch was far from smooth, with technical issues leading to significant downtime. In response, Rocksteady is offering a compensation that's sure to please gamers.

The early access launch of Suicide Squad was met with unexpected challenges. Shortly after its release, a critical bug forced Rocksteady to take the game offline, leading to over six hours of downtime on Monday, followed by an additional hour on Tuesday for further maintenance. This disruption was particularly frustrating for players who had paid $100 for early access.

Understanding the inconvenience caused, Rocksteady has decided to compensate the owners of the Deluxe Edition with a generous in-game gift. Players received an in-game message along with 2000 LuthorCoins, equivalent to $20, as a token of appreciation for their patience. This gesture not only acknowledges the inconvenience faced by players but also reinforces Rocksteady's commitment to its gaming community.

LuthorCoins, the in-game currency for Suicide Squad, can be used to purchase various skins. With the average skin priced at around 1000 coins and some premium variants costing up to 2000 coins, this compensation effectively allows players to access new in-game content without additional cost.

Despite the rocky start, there's much anticipation for Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League, which is set for a full launch on February 2 for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC. This incident serves as a reminder of the complexities involved in game development and the importance of community engagement in the gaming industry.
