If you're a fan of V Rising by Stunlock Studios, then get ready for some exciting news! The game is set to exit early access next month, and with that, there are some major updates to look forward to.
First off, Stunlock Studios has announced a price increase for V Rising starting from April 5th. The price will be going up from $19.99 to $34.99. This change was expected as the studio had mentioned before that the price would increase post early access. According to Stunlock Studios, the price hike reflects the full value of the game after five years of development, with two of those years spent in early access.
But that's not all! Along with the price increase, there is an exciting collaboration on the horizon. Fans can look forward to the Legacy of Castlevania collaboration launching on May 8th. This collaboration will introduce legendary vampire hunter Simon Belmont as a boss fight, bringing his iconic Vampire Killer whip into the game along with new abilities. Additionally, a Premium Pack will be available with Castlevania-themed castle decorations, a skeletal mount, and character customization options (pricing yet to be revealed).
For players eagerly waiting for more, there's good news! V Rising is also set to launch on PS5 later this year, expanding its reach to a wider audience.
