Exciting news for fans of asymmetrical multiplayer shooters as Predator: Hunting Grounds is set to expand its platform portfolio with releases on PS5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC in late 2024. This comes as IllFonic acquires the publishing rights for the game, originally published for PS5 and PC by Sony Interactive Entertainment.

The current-generation port of the game will be running on Unreal Engine 4.27, offering both a Standard Edition and a Digital Deluxe Edition for players to choose from. While a specific release date has not been confirmed yet, players can anticipate a thrilling experience on the new platforms.

But the excitement doesn't stop there. For existing players on PS4 and PC, there's new content on the horizon. In April 2024, Patch 2.49 will be released, focusing on player movement, Fireteam weapon rework and balance, Predator weapon balance, and UX/playability improvements. Stay tuned for the full patch notes as the update draws closer.

Furthermore, developers have plans to introduce new predators in two separate releases, scheduled for winter 2024 and spring 2025. This promises to bring fresh challenges and gameplay experiences for players as they face off against these formidable foes.

Predator: Hunting Grounds originally launched in April 2021 for PS4 and PC, offering an intense multiplayer showdown between the iconic Predator and a four-player fireteam of humans. With its solid stealth action gameplay and fair progression system, the game received positive feedback from players and critics alike.

With these upcoming updates and new releases, Predator: Hunting Grounds continues to evolve and provide thrilling experiences for players on various platforms. Stay tuned for more news and get ready to face the ultimate predator once again!
