Sony has just announced in a new blog post that the PlayStation 5 Game Help feature is receiving a major update later this year. The update will introduce a brand new feature called Community Game Help, which will allow players to easily access or contribute game clips to assist fellow gamers. Players will also have access to hints created by game developers, making gameplay more interactive and enjoyable.

Although the Community Game Help feature will only be available in supported games, Sony has expressed their intention to expand it to as many titles as possible in the future. While they have not released a list of supported games yet, Granblue Fantasy: Relink has been showcased in today's announcement.

One of the key aspects of this new feature is that players can choose to participate or opt out of Community Game Help at any time. Sony has made it clear that the process is done automatically, eliminating the need for players to edit or upload their own clips, making the experience hassle-free and seamless.

Players will also have the ability to rate the usefulness of community-contributed clips, helping to maintain the quality and relevance of the content shared. This will not only prevent trolling and unclear clips but also give recognition to players who consistently provide valuable assistance to the community.

For streamers interested in contributing, Sony reassures that only raw game footage will be uploaded, ensuring that personal information remains private. However, certain games may still display online IDs and chat messages.

With the anticipation building for the rumored PlayStation 5 Pro, fans are eager to see what the future holds for Sony's flagship console. Insider Gaming recently shared exclusive details regarding the specifications of the PlayStation 5 Pro, including system memory, CPU performance, and audio capabilities.
