Victoria 3 Hotfix 1.13.6Notes (20th May 2026)
A small but targeted hotfix for Victoria 3 lands today, addressing a toll calculation bug that was quietly breaking trade routes across the map.

The toll bug alone made this one necessary. Since 1.13.5, tolls were only calculating trade flowing to world market hub states, completely ignoring other trade centers in the market area, meaning your carefully constructed trade routes were generating far less toll income than they should have been. Hotfix 1.13.6 lands today and corrects that.
The other two fixes are smaller but still matter. Prestige goods bonuses now correctly apply to units in combat, so those production chains you've been building around high-value goods will actually show up on the battlefield. Interest Group leaders were also vanishing on government changes, which is exactly the sort of silent bug that quietly corrupts a long campaign without you noticing until it's too late.
Paradox has flagged this as a lighter patch, with a larger hotfix targeting next week. Three fixes is a short list, but when one of them is silently miscounting your trade income, you ship it. Here's everything that changed.
