This latest update, according to the official patch notes, brings with it a host of minor tweaks and changes that aim to enhance your gaming experience. In addition to this, update 5.0.2 also includes stability and performance improvements, ensuring a smoother gameplay session.
For those who have been following the game closely, you may remember the previous update 2.1 which introduced the brand-new Immortal Empires game mode, Blood for the Blood God, and more. However, since the release of the last patch, some players have reported encountering issues while playing the game. Thankfully, yesterday's Total War Warhammer 3 patch 5.0.2 aims to address and fix some of these issues to improve overall gameplay.
Total War Warhammer 3 Hotfix 5.0.2 Patch Notes:
- Fixed occasional crash when taking over a settlement where multiple factions had hostile slots (such as Cults, Garden of Morr, etc.)
- Fixed missions failing to generate when they had an agent reward, causing the game to softlock and preventing the end turn cycle from ending
- Increased the maximum infections gained post-battle from 37 to 100, with ongoing reviews planned for both the conversion rate and the maximum going forward
