The Outlast Trials Update 1.05 Includes Essential Toxic Shock Hotfix on April 18

Red Barrels has just dropped another major update for Outlast Trials, and it's time to dive into the chilling new content. Following closely on the heels of the previous patch, which brought some much-needed fixes and improvements, the latest update, version 1.05 (PS5 version 1.000.004), is now live across all platforms.

What’s New in Outlast Trials Update 1.05?

Here's a quick rundown of the patch notes for the April 18 release:

• Fix for players getting stuck in the “Joining players” screen.
• Fix for the Toxic event cell bundle being locked by default.
• Fix for the SPEC causing large objects to disappear from your hands.
• Crash fix on Xbox related to spatial audio.
• Fix related to attack anticipation position
• Fix for players not receiving their poster after completing Genesis trials.
