Payday 3 3.5 Changelog Patch Notes (19th May 2026)
Payday 3's Update 3.5 reworks Turbid Station for loud play, overhauls every Overkill weapon, and drops a free PUBG collab unlockable through Contracts.
Turbid Station has been a stealth-only heist since launch, which always felt like a missed opportunity. Update 3.5 changes that today, with a full rework that opens the map to loud play, improves objective flow, and gives the whole thing a proper loud soundtrack. It's one of those fixes that should have come sooner, but better late.
The bigger mechanical story is what's happened to Overkill weapons. Every single one is now moddable, which is a proper quality-of-life shift for build diversity. The Mamba MGL no longer damages players or civilians by default, the Arges hits harder and focuses faster, and the Sociopath's meter doesn't start draining until 7 seconds after activation. These aren't minor number tweaks; they change how you slot these weapons into a build. The free LMG Zokas-17 is also available for everyone, and the paid Swedish Weapon Pack adds four new weapons including a bazooka that fires explosive, HEAT, or smoke rounds.
On the stealth side, guards no longer react to opened large vault doors on Gold & Sharke and Delivery Charge, which should take some frustration out of those runs. There are two known issues flagged at launch: the Quality Control rewards screen only shows two of four items, and the Interceptor Overkill weapon may be inaccessible for some players.
Here's everything that changed.
