Mirage League has one week left. When it closes on July 20th at 3PM PDT, the system itself won't carry into 3.29, but Grinding Gear Games is keeping some of what made the league work.

Astrolabes and Exceptional Support gems are staying as core content, which means you'll keep finding them in the standard game. That's the win here. The best mechanical additions get to stick around. Transfusion Support, however, won't be available from Divination Cards anymore, so if you wanted it, now's the time. Maps with Empowered Mirages that blanket the entire map won't be openable in Standard either, and Black Baryas, the unique currency, won't drop again once the league ends, though existing ones remain usable.

If you're still chasing unfinished challenges, you've got seven days to push through. For those ready to move on, keep an eye out for the Curse of the Allflame reveal coming next. Full patch notes cover the specifics on what transitions to Standard and what gets left behind.

Full Patch Notes

The Mirage Challenge League will end soon and you may be wondering what will happen when it does.

The Mirage system will not be going core in 3.29, so here’s what you can expect when the league ends on July 20th 3PM PDT.

  • Core Atlas Content introduced in Mirage League such as Astrolabes and Exceptional Support gems still remain.
  • Transfusion Support however, will not be obtainable from Divination Cards.
  • Maps with Empowered Mirages that cover the entire Map will not be openable in Standard.
  • Existing Black Baryas will be usable, but there will be no way to obtain more of them.

Thanks to everyone for playing and to those of you still trying to complete your unfinished challenges, you still have one week to do so before the Mirage League ends. To those of you looking forward to something new, keep an eye on the news for the upcoming Curse of the Allflame reveal!
