Palia Royal Highlands Expansion Patch Notes

Mounts are finally in Palia. If you've been waiting for that one, today's Royal Highlands expansion is the update you've been holding out for, horses arrive alongside what Singularity 6 is calling the largest Adventure Zone added to the game so far.

The Royal Highlands zone brings new main story quests, a new villager to meet, fresh gatherables, creatures, and hidden discoverables scattered across the map. Horse ownership goes deeper than just a fast travel shortcut; you can rear and raise your own horse on your Ranch, breeding for different traits and variations. I'm more interested in that system than I expected to be. On top of that, the new Clothing Dye system lets you customise your look properly rather than swapping between preset outfits, which feels long overdue for a game this focused on player expression.

Rounding things out: a third story upgrade for housing, the new Jadium storage tier, 10 new recipes, a community event called The Long Ride, and a new Lunar Path focused on the Pony. It's a substantial drop across the board.
