Once Human 2.4.1 Bug Fixes Patch Notes (30th May 2026)
Once Human's latest patch targets the Gravity Abyss scenario with Mutagen fixes, rebalanced rewards, and a handful of quality-of-life improvements.
If you've been grinding Gravity Abyss and wondering why your Mutagen drops felt off, this patch has your answer. Version 2.4.1, deployed May 29, fixes a bug where the Abyssal Core, Star Advent Loot Crate, and several other items in the Gravity Abyss scenario weren't producing Mutagen at all. That's a fairly significant oversight for a mode built around farming those resources.
Beyond the fix, the Aerial Hunt mode got a proper rebalance pass. Rewards are up across the board, whether you win with personal objectives met, win without them, or fail outright. The Riftwalker Relic has been slowed on its ascent and given more hover time, and the Riftwalker itself has had its HP trimmed slightly. The kill-2-Elites task has also been removed entirely, which should reduce friction for players who found that objective more annoying than challenging. I'd call this a reasonable tune-up for a mode that clearly needed it.
Smaller fixes round out the patch: Error Code 116 login failures, a flickering light customization bug, a Territory Terminal getting stuck on rooftops in RaidZone, and a hair physics issue with the Female "Oathbound Dream" Headwear. The complete notes are below.

May 29
The following issues have been fixed:
1. Fixed an issue where the Abyssal Core, Star Advent Loot Crate, Aerial Hunt, Broken Relic, Riftwalker Relic, and Gravity Integrator in the Deviation: Survive, Capture, Preserve scenario "Gravity Abyss" were not correctly producing Mutagen.
2. Reduced the ascent speed of the Riftwalker Relic (Advanced Echoite) and increased its hover time in the air.
3. Adjusted the balance of the Riftwalker, slightly reducing its HP.
4. Optimized the Item description for the Abyssal Core to prevent ambiguity.
5. Optimized game performance to alleviate lag issues caused by player concentration during the Aerial Hunt.
6. Increased the rewards for the Aerial Hunt mode:
1) After winning the challenge with personal objectives met, the Gravity Crystal reward is increased to 200, Downstar/Aero Mod Crate - Nightmare I is increased to 3, Gravity Abyss - Random Deviation IV is increased to 2, and the probability of obtaining Abyssal Core (Epic), Abyssal Core (Legendary), and Abyssal Core (Mythic) is increased.
2) After winning the challenge with personal objectives not met, the Gravity Crystal reward is increased to 120.
3) If the challenge is failed, the Gravity Crystal reward is increased to 100.
7. Fixed an issue where Biomechanical objects could disappear if placement failed in rare cases.
8. Fixed an issue where customizing light could trigger flickering.
9. Fixed an issue where the Territory Terminal could get stuck on rooftops in RaidZone mode.
10. Fixed an issue where some players couldn't sign in, receiving Error Code 116.
11. Fixed an issue where the Shop page might not open properly in some cases within the Custom Server.
12. Fixed an issue where the base hair physics for the Female "Oathbound Dream" Headwear would not function when equipped.
13. Removed the tasks requiring players to kill 2 Elites during the "Aerial Hunt" mode.
