Once Human 2.3.7 Bug Fixes Patch Notes (29th April 2026)

Once Human's latest patch is a small one, but if your Fish Tank has been sitting empty because of a stubborn bug, this one's for you.

Small patch, specific fix. The 2.3.7 update for Once Human dropped on April 29, targeting a single but annoying bug: Sunfish couldn't be placed in Fish Tanks or Specimen Racks, and some Fish Tanks had stopped accepting fish entirely due to abnormal attributes.

It's a niche issue, but base-building and decoration are a real part of how Once Human players invest in their worlds, so a bug that breaks your aquarium setup is more disruptive than it sounds. If your Fish Tank still isn't working after the patch, the development team's advice is to dismantle it and rebuild it from scratch.

Not a sweeping update by any measure, but the team has noted they're actively gathering community feedback and working through reported issues, so expect further fixes to follow. Here's the full breakdown.
