Minecraft Bedrock Minecraft: Bedrock Edition 26.32 (25th June 2026)

Minecraft Bedrock 26.32 is rolling out today as a hotfix to clean up problems introduced in the previous update. The big one here is a game-freezing bug affecting Book and Quill items from pre-26.30 worlds, if you've got old survival saves with written books lying around, this patch stops them from locking up your game entirely.

Beyond that, there's a performance fix addressing framerate drops and 30 FPS lockups that some players were hitting, plus a handful of stability improvements to crush crashes during normal gameplay. The audio team also fixed custom streamed audio refusing to play when its resource pack contained subpacks, which matters if you're using custom music or sound mods. On the graphics side, custom blocks were rendering stray solid faces that could bleed through textures, a visual glitch that's now cleaned up.

One small but useful change: players with multiplayer-restricted skins can now enter worlds with multiplayer disabled, removing an unnecessary barrier. The hotfix is rolling out platform-by-platform as it gets approved, so check for the update on your device.
