Snapshot 1 for Minecraft 26.3 is live today, and it's bringing the focus back to combat and adventure. This snapshot marks the first step toward the next major release, so expect refinements and new features aimed at sharpening the core gameplay loop.
Minecraft snapshots are test builds that let players try upcoming changes before they hit the stable release. If you're running the latest launcher, you can switch to the snapshot branch and jump in immediately. These early builds are where the community gets to break things, report bugs, and help shape what makes it into the final version.
