
Mecha BREAK Update Notice: MAY 12 Patch Notes (11th May 2026)
Mecha BREAK's May 12 patch reworks FALCON, INFERNO, and ALYSNES while overhauling modular weapons and kicking off a new Tactical Supplies event.
INFERNO is the headline here. According to the May 12 update notice on Patchbot, its Max HP jumps from 47,000 to 54,000, Ballistic DEF climbs to 37%, and Blast DEF hits 35%. That's a substantial survivability increase for a Striker that was already built around soaking damage, and I'd expect INFERNO to become a much more common pick in competitive lobbies once this lands.
FALCON and SKYRAIDER both receive the new Evade charge system, capping infinite evasion by tying lock-on immunity duration to remaining charges. It's a smart nerf disguised as a rework, pilots who spam Evade will find their immunity window shrinking fast, down to a minimum of 0.2 seconds. ALYSNES also gets a meaningful buff to its Armor Purge Enhanced State, extending the window to 6 seconds and adding full Energy-free movement and stagger immunity during it. On the modular side, Complex Shield and Defense Field both see significant capacity and regen increases at higher levels, which should make shield builds feel less disposable in longer engagements.
Servers go offline on May 12 at 12:00 UTC+8 for up to 6 hours. All pilots logging in within 14 days after maintenance will receive 1,000 Mission Tokens via in-game mail. Full patch notes below.

Striker Balance Adjustments
General Optimizations
Improved the tracking capability of homing missiles (e.g., FALCON's sidearm \[Light Missiles]) against targets immune to lock-on.
Removed the 3-second restart delay after Shield Depletion for the following shields:
• Sidearm \[Complex Shield] for ALYSNES, PANTHER, FREYR, and HURRICANE
• Modular Weapon \[Complex Shield]
• Glider · Complex Shield \[Melee Pack].
FALCON
Basic Attributes
Max HP: 29,000 → 31,000.
Aux 2 \[Winged Form]
• Added 7 Evade charges. Each Evade maneuver consumes 1 charge. During Evade, the lock-on immunity duration decreases as Evade charges diminish, down to a minimum of 0.2 seconds.
• Evade charges do not regenerate while performing Evade, Loop, or Spiral Descent. After ceasing these maneuvers, regain 1 charge every 0.5 seconds.
• Loop and Spiral Descent have a fixed lock-on immunity duration and are not affected by Evade charges.
SKYRAIDER
Sidearm \[Energy Missile]
Damage composition adjusted: from 2,700 x15 damage over time → 10,500 damage on hit + 2,000 x15 additional damage over time. Total damage remains unchanged.
Aux 1 \[Jamming Missile]
• Can be activated while Immobilized or Staggered.
• Cooldown: 15 sec → 12 sec.
• Jamming Missile smoke screen Effective Duration: 4 sec → 3 sec.
Aux 2 \[Aerial Assault Form]
• Added 7 Evade charges. Each Evade maneuver consumes 1 charge. During Evade, the lock-on immunity duration decreases as Evade charges diminish, down to a minimum of 0.2 seconds.
• Evade charges do not regenerate while performing Evade and Loop. After ceasing these maneuvers, regain 1 charge every 0.5 seconds.
• Loop has a fixed lock-on immunity duration and are not affected by Evade charges.
Aux 3 \[Missile Dispenser]
Deployed carrier projectile can no longer be intercepted by enemy Strikers.
NARUKAMI
Main Weapon \[Charged Beam Cannon]
• Shooting interval in Close-Range Mode: 1.2 sec → 1 sec;
• Weapon Damage: 13,000 → 12,000.
Aux 1 \[Decoy Drone]
Durability: 9,000 → 12,000.
Reload Time after recalling: 60 sec → 30 sec.
ALYSNES
Basic Attributes
When ALYSNES' armor is removed, its Armor Purge Form's limited-time Enhanced State duration: 4s → 6s and gains the following:
• Ground and aerial actions do not consume Energy
• Immunity to Immobilization and Stagger
• Evade becomes immune to enemy lock-on while generating Illusions.
Enhanced State gains an additional effect: Striker movement speed is increased by 10%.
Aux 3 \[Airdrop Kit]
Shockwave range upon removing and re-equipping additional armor: 50m → 70m.
PANTHER
Main Weapon \, Aux 1 \[Shield Blade]
Shield Blade downward slash Energy Consumption: 6,000 → 4,000.
After PANTHER uses Shield Blade downward slash and then charges the Lance, the first Shield Blade slash can now be used more quickly.
When triggering a Deflect with Lance or Shield Blade downward slash, self Striker Stagger Time is reduced.
INFERNO
Basic Attributes
• Max HP: 47,000 → 54,000.
• Fluid Armor Regen: 750 → 900.
• Fluid Armor Depletion Cooldown: 2.8s → 2s.
• Ballistic DEF: 33% → 37%.
• Blast DEF: 28% → 35%.
Aux 2 \[Focused Emitter]
When using Aux 2 on the ground, you can now jump during shooting to hover.
Event
TACTICAL SUPPLIES
Tactical Supply is now available. Complete missions during the event to earn Seasonal Crates and Mission Tokens.
Due to adjustments to the event duration and content, the number of mission cycles has been reduced compared to the previous season. The corresponding missing rewards — Supply Crate · Radiance ×45 and Mission Tokens x2,500 — will be sent via in-game mail after the maintenance update on May 12.
Event Rules:
Join Operation STORM matches and complete Corite collection missions to claim the corresponding Seasonal Crate rewards. You can earn \[Supply Crate · Radiance ×10] each week.
Win in Operation VERGE or Ace Arena to claim the corresponding Mission Tokens and Seasonal Crate rewards. Each week, you can earn \[Supply Crate · Radiance ×20] and \[Mission Tokens x2,500].
Complete the paint submission mission to claim the corresponding Seasonal Crate rewards. Each week, you can earn \[Supply Crate · Radiance ×15].
Pilots can consume Mission Tokens to exchange a Mod for a random Mod of the same quality, with no limit on the number of exchanges.
Event Period: May 12 update to May 25, 12:00 (UTC+8).
Operation Rampage and Operation Gold Rush will end after the update. Please plan accordingly.
Mashmak
Optimized display logic for Mashmak scene resources and loot;
Ammo refill packs dropped in the field per scene: 1 pack → 8 packs.
After a Pilot discovers a Gold Supply Crate in a match, the crate will remain marked on the map and its location will be shared with teammates.
Modular Weapon Adjustments;
Comprehensive upgrade of Modular Weapons now alters compatibility with existing Strikers:
No longer will FREYR's Aux 3 reduce lock-on time or increase Reticle Size for Modular Weapons.
Induced Sword
Boost Attack speed: 180 m/s → 220 m/s.
War Hammer
Boost Attack speed: 170 m/s → 210 m/s.
Energy Consumption to activate Boost Attack, perform charged heavy attacks, and execute a downward slash: 6,600 → 5,300.
Continuous Boost Energy Consumption: 5,000/s → 4,000/s.
Thermal Saber
Boost Attack: 170 m/s → 220 m/s.
Light Missile Launcher
• Basic Lock-on Range: 520 m → 600 m
• Lock-on range increase per level: 20 m (unchanged)
• Lock-on range at Level VI: 700 m.
Lock-on Time: 0.7 s → 0.3 s.
Missile tracking capability improved.
Hex Missile Launcher
• Basic Lock-on Range: 330 m → 500 m
• Lock-on Range increase per level: 20 m (unchanged)
• At Level VI, Lock-on Range increased to 600 m.
Lock-on: 0.4 sec → 0.3 sec.
Missiles can no longer be intercepted.
Complex Shield
Level I Shield capacity remains at 50,000, increase per level: 5,000 → 10,000, Level VI max capacity: 75,000 → 100,000.
Level I Shield Regeneration remains at 2,000/sec, increase per level: 300/sec → 600/sec, Level VI Regeneration: 3,500/sec → 5,000/sec.
Defense Field
Level I Shield capacity: 50,000 → 60,000, increase per level: 10,000 → 14,000, Level VI max capacity: 100,000 → 130,000.
Level I Shield Regeneration remains at 2,000/sec, increase per level: 200/sec → 500/sec, Level VI Regeneration: 3,000/sec → 4,500/sec.
Jamming Haze Diffuser
• Basic duration increased by 1.5 sec
• Level I duration: 4 sec → 5.5 sec
• Level VI Aux duration: 6.5 sec → 8 sec.
Bug Fixes
Fixed an issue where the Sniper Glider Pack's Aux 1 (Multi-lock Kit) would occasionally consume one round but fire two rounds during sustained fire.
