Mecha Break Season 4: Rising Embers Settlement Notes (30th July 2026)
Season 4: Rising Embers concludes August 4 with a full server shutdown and tier settlement. All pilots get 50 free Supply Crates as apology for the delayed season.

Mecha BREAK's Season 4 finale lands on 4 August, bringing an eight-hour server maintenance window that will lock all pilots out of login and gameplay. Downtime begins at 12:00 PM (UTC+8), with tier settlement and leaderboard closure happening at 13:00 on the same day. Once maintenance completes, Season 5 will go live. The developer notes this eight-hour estimate is subject to change, so check official channels if you're planning your play time around the window.
The most direct consequence of this settlement is tier carryover. Your ranked tier and position in Operation VERGE and Ace Arena at the moment of settlement will roll forward into Season 5, meaning you won't drop back to a baseline rank. Rewards tied to your current tier and standing will distribute after the update completes. This is a structural choice that rewards consistency across seasons rather than forcing a hard reset, which matters for pilots who've climbed and want to preserve their competitive position.
Every pilot who created a character before 12:00 AM (UTC+8) on 3 September 2026 receives season delay compensation: 50 Supply Crate · S5 (untradeable), 100,000 Matrix Credits, 5,000 Mission Tokens, 10 Mod Box · Perfect, and 20 Mod Box · Flawless. These arrive via in-game mail after Season 5 launches. The compensation acknowledges a delayed season disrupted planning, though the announcement does not specify what caused the delay or how long the season was originally meant to run.
Resource management changes take effect immediately. Mission Tokens earned during Season 4 persist into Season 5, but Corite Ore · Rhythm of all qualities will no longer convert to Mission Tokens once the season ends. You'll need to sell them for Matrix Credits instead if you want value from them. Any unlocked Secure Cargo Bay slots in Operation STORM: Mashmak revert to locked status, so don't expect to retain that progression. Marketplace sell orders that haven't expired will delist, though expired orders can be processed once maintenance finishes.
The eight-hour window is substantial and affects all game modes and progression systems during that period. PvE and PvP players alike will be offline. If you're grinding final season rewards or trying to push your rank before settlement, the maintenance window is a hard deadline. The developer's note that the estimate is subject to change means you should monitor official channels on 4 August itself rather than assuming the full eight hours will actually occur. This is standard practice for online games, but worth remembering if you've blocked out time to play immediately after the window closes.
