Marathon Update 1.1.0.4 Patch Notes (7th July 2026)
Marathon's newest patch tackles matchmaking problems and refreshes the Armory with cheaper commendations and fresh gear options.

Update 1.1.0.4 lands today with fixes for some frustrating backend issues that've been catching players out. The biggest one here: a matchmaking bug that was dumping Solos players into Trios matches despite what the UI promised. That's now sorted.
The C.A.R.R.I. Armory's had a refresh too. Lockbox Key Commendations have dropped from 10 to 7, and Rotating Grey Weapon Commendations are now just 5 instead of 10, which opens up more flexibility for loadout customisation without burning through your currency. You've also got three new items to chase: Deluxe Key Template, Blue Backpack, and Self Revive. Reputation Packs now stock two per week instead of one, so weekly progression feels less bottlenecked.
On the zone side, Dire Marsh (Day) had its Lockdown activities failing to spawn in certain regions, and that's been patched. Cryo Archive runners were clipping through tripwires when sliding or jumping, which is now fixed. There's also a visual fix for the Astrophage style's face glowing too bright in Dire Marsh (Night). Check the full patch notes for the complete list of commendation cost adjustments and Armory additions.
