Lost Ark Return Of Argos Release Notes (13th May 2026)
Argos is back with a frost makeover, and this update also brings new Wandering Merchant cards to help prep for the Horizon Cathedral Abyssal Raid.
Argos has returned to Lost Ark, but not quite as you remember him. The Return of Argos update went live today following a 7-hour maintenance window that started at 12am PT, and the headliner is Snowflake Argos, a reimagined, frost-themed version of the Holy Beast built as a standalone event encounter. Smarter move than a straight rerun, and it means players who missed the original have a clean entry point rather than hitting a wall of gear requirements.
Beyond the event itself, new Wandering Merchant cards have been added specifically to help players prepare for the upcoming Horizon Cathedral Abyssal Raid, which is the kind of pre-raid prep content I'd like to see more of. The Golden Frog Event Shop is also back, and Neria's Wardrobe has new collections for anyone who spends as much time on cosmetics as on combat.
The complete notes are below.
